THE BUSINESS CASE

Another way to support financial resilience.

CapitalEvolve is designed to give participating employees another way to build accessible financial assets for needs such as unexpected car repairs, emergency child care, overdue expenses, emergency reserves and longer-term wealth accumulation. No reduction in absenteeism, turnover or financial stress is promised.

01

Support resilience

Offer an investing benefit designed around both longer-term growth and access, subject to market risk and processing.

02

Make support visible

Employees can see the employer contribution formula, limits, eligibility and amounts actually contributed.

03

Broaden access

Make a structured investing experience available alongside, not in place of, a qualified retirement plan.

04

Understand utilization

See aggregate participation, contributions and program cost without exposing private individual investment behavior.

A PROGRAM YOU CAN SHAPE

Your contribution policy. Clearly communicated.

CapitalEvolve is planned to support employer-defined eligibility, contribution formulas, frequency, effective dates and limits. Employees should see what qualifies, what does not and what happens when employment or the program ends.

i

Employer contributions may constitute taxable compensation and may be reported as wages. Employer contributions and program expenses may have tax consequences that depend on the employer’s circumstances and program structure. Employers should consult their tax advisers regarding deductibility and payroll treatment.

ADMINISTRATION

Enough control. Less noise.

The planned employer portal focuses on the program rather than employee investment behavior.

◎

Eligibility and rules

Define who qualifies, when participation begins, contribution formulas and program limits.

↗

Payroll coordination

Track expected employee and employer funding with validation and exception reporting.

▦

Aggregate insights

Monitor enrollment, participation and employer contribution totals without viewing private employee balances.

✓

Reporting and billing

Download program reports and reconcile simple per-eligible-employee platform billing.

PROPOSED EMPLOYER PRICING

Easy to model before you commit.

Platform pricing is separate from an employer-sponsored contribution. Final minimums, scope and contract terms will be provided before signing.

STANDARD$2.50proposed per eligible employee / month

Core administration, contribution rules, aggregate reporting and support.

FOUNDING$2.00potential rate / month

Early-partner target pricing, subject to scope, volume, timing and final agreement.

Rates are a working model, not a binding offer. Name, logo and relationship-description permission must be separately documented and does not create testimonial or endorsement rights. Employer contributions, taxes, custom work and third-party services are separate.

A RESPONSIBLE LAUNCH

Designed around regulated partners and clear boundaries.

Custody, brokerage, advisory, money-transmission, ERISA, tax, payroll and state requirements remain subject to legal and partner review.

AGGREGATE BY DESIGN

Program visibility without a window into personal finances.

Employer dashboards are planned around administration and aggregate utilization. Any individual-level access requires a specific lawful purpose, disclosure and approval.
